tk11 Terms and Conditions
This document sets out the overall rules for using the tk11 platform. Please read and understand it fully before opening an account — it clearly states both your rights and your responsibilities.
By opening an account, logging in, or using any service on the tk11 platform, you are considered to have accepted all of the following terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") serve as a legal agreement between tk11 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "user"). They apply equally to the website, mobile application, and all digital services provided by tk11.
If any clause of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect. Although these Terms are written in Bengali, the original version will be considered final for legal interpretation purposes where necessary.

2. Account Registration
2.1 One Person, One Account
Each individual may open only one account on tk11. Running multiple accounts under the same person's name, or from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all associated accounts may be closed and the related balances may be forfeited.
2.2 Providing Accurate Information
When opening an account, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other required details. tk11 reserves the right to close an account at any time if false or incorrect information is provided.
2.3 Identity Verification
tk11 may at any time request identity verification via a national ID card or passport. Verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. Failure to provide the necessary documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.
2.4 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials — username and password — completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.
3. User Age and Eligibility
All services on tk11 are for individuals aged 21 or older only. If a minor uses the platform, all their transactions will be considered void. By opening an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
In addition, tk11 may not be used from any country or region where online betting and casino services are legally prohibited. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to ensure they are eligible to use the service.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
tk11 currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for both deposits and withdrawals. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
4.2 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawal requests are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be temporarily held until identity verification is complete or while an investigation into unusual activity is ongoing.
4.3 Consistency of Payment Information
The mobile banking account used for deposits and the account specified for withdrawals must be registered under the same person's name. Funds may not be transferred to an account in a different name or to a third party. If any inconsistency is found, tk11 may reject the transaction.
4.4 Third-Party Funding
Depositing from another person's account or card is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the funds may be returned and the associated account may be placed under investigation.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tk11 offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200 — and the wagering requirement before the bonus can be withdrawn is ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000.
5.2 General Bonus Terms
Each promotion has its own terms, which should be read carefully before accepting an offer. tk11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer. If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim a bonus fraudulently is detected, the bonus may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Cashback
The tk11 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier provides cashback on weekly net losses — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum. 6. Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation
Once confirmed, a bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, the stake for the related bet will be returned to the user's account. tk11 reserves the right to void bets in the case of technical errors or incorrect odds.
6.2 Determining Match Results
For determining betting outcomes, tk11 follows announcements from the relevant sport's official governing body or recognised sources. In the event of a dispute over a result, tk11's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Live Betting
Odds change quickly in live betting. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply. If a bet fails to go through due to a disconnection, this will be considered the user's responsibility.
6.4 Maximum Winnings Limit
tk11 may set a limit on the maximum payout per bet or session for specific matches or games. This limit may vary by market and circumstances. If you are unsure about the applicable limit, please contact the support team.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following actions are strictly prohibited on tk11:
- Any form of match fixing, score manipulation, or betting using insider information.
- Placing bets or playing casino games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Attempting to hack the platform or sending viruses or harmful code.
- Stealing or misusing another user's account credentials.
- Opening multiple accounts or using false information to obtain bonuses.
- Money laundering or depositing funds from illegal sources.
- Harassing, insulting, or threatening behaviour towards other users.
If such activity is identified, tk11 may suspend or close the account without prior warning and forfeit the associated balance. Law enforcement authorities may be notified if necessary.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure at User's Request
If you wish to close your account yourself, please notify our support team. Any pending withdrawals will be completed and the balance settled before closure. Both temporary breaks and permanent closures are processed as part of responsible gaming.
8.2 Suspension at the Platform's Initiative
tk11 may temporarily or permanently close any account if there is a breach of the Terms, suspected fraud, failure to cooperate with identity verification, or evidence of prohibited activity. In such cases, the user will be notified via email or a platform notification.
9. Limitation of Liability
tk11 is an online entertainment platform. Betting and casino games carry financial risk and there is no guarantee of winning. tk11 is not liable for any financial loss, direct or indirect, resulting from use of the platform.
If a bet or game is left incomplete due to technical issues, internet disconnection, or failure of a third-party service provider, tk11's liability in such cases will be limited to returning the stake amount.
